FlagQuizz — Support

FlagQuizz is a geography quiz game: guess flags, capitals, populations and landmarks across several game modes, in English or Macedonian. This page answers the questions we get most often. If yours isn't here, email us — we read everything.

Reporting a bug

The fastest way is from inside the app, because the report arrives with the details we need to reproduce the problem:

• Take a screenshot anywhere in the app — a report card appears automatically, with the screenshot already attached (you can remove it before sending).
• Or open Profile → Report an issue at any time.

Reports include your app version, device model, iOS version and a short log of your recent actions in the app. They do not include your name, email or any account details.

Purchases

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertising from the game.

• I bought Remove Ads but ads are still showing. Open Profile → Remove Ads → Restore purchases. This re-checks your purchase with the App Store and is the fix in almost every case. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought with.
• New device or reinstall. Same answer — Restore purchases brings the entitlement back. You are never charged twice.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Scores, levels and leaderboards

• Do I need an account? No. The whole game works offline and your scores are saved on your device. Signing in with Apple is optional and only adds cross-device sync and the global leaderboards.
• My scores didn't carry over to a new device. Scores only sync if you're signed in. Sign in with Apple on both devices and your local and cloud scores are merged automatically, keeping the best of each.
• Why did my score differ for the same number of correct answers? Geo Points scale with your answer streak and with the size of the pool you picked — narrower continent or difficulty filters are worth fewer points, so that every round in a mode shares one fair leaderboard.
• The weekly tournament won't let me replay. That's intended — one attempt per week. A new tournament starts every Monday.

Privacy and ads

• Change your ad-consent choice (EEA/UK). Open Profile → Privacy options to reopen the consent form.
• Turn off personalized ads. iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off permission for FlagQuizz. Ads become non-personalized.
• Delete your account and synced data. Open Profile → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm with Apple, and then your profile, your cloud scores and every leaderboard entry are permanently removed from our servers, your Sign in with Apple token is revoked, and the progress stored on this device — scores, points, streaks — is cleared too. If the deletion fails for any reason, email us and we'll remove your data by hand.

Languages

FlagQuizz is available in English and Macedonian. Switch at any time from Profile → Language; your progress is unaffected.
